The tranquil atmosphere, free from distractions, is ideal for your next conference or meeting. KMC’s experienced staff will assist you in all of your planning needs. The function rooms are also available for private parties, banquets, or special events. Reservations may be made up to a year in advance. For groups of 20 or more people, please contact our Groups Department at usarmy.kmc-groups@mail.mil. Arrangements can include lodging (cottages, apartments, or dormitories), tours, transportation, meeting rooms, catering service, and/or recreational activities.
